Bahen & Co makes stone ground chocolate from bean to bar using traditional processes. They are one of the few producers globally to craft chocolate with just heirloom cacao beans and raw organic sugar. No added emulsifiers or preservatives. Their chocolate has an amazing authentic flavour profiles and taste as good as they look. Made locally in Margaret River, Western Australia.

- Gingerbread and Spice Organic Milk:
Celebrate the festive season with Bahen & Co. organic milk chocolate, combined with crunchy gingerbread and a selection of Christmas spices.
Ingredients: Cacao beans, organic raw sugar, organic milk, organic cacao butter, tapioca flour, chickpea flour, vegetable oil, golden syrup, treacle, ginger, spices, sodium bicarbonate, vegetable gum.
- Honeycomb & Hibiscus Organic Milk:
Salted honeycomb, a combination of forest honey & ocean salt, paired with red hibiscus flowers. A delicious blend, complementing the rich notes of organic milk chocolate.
Ingredients : Cocoa beans, organic raw sugar, organic milk, organic cacao butter, honey, bicarbonate soda, salt & hibiscus.

Raspberry & Rose 75% Cacao:
Field ripened raspberries meet house blend chocolate, then finished with Persian rose petals.
Ingredients : Cacao Beans, Organic Raw sugar, Raspberry, Rose Petals & Natural Rose Oil.
- Almond & Sea Salt 75% Cacao:
House Blend chocolate meets the finest of almonds, slow roasted with their farm grown olive oil. Finished with hand harvested sea salt.
Ingredients : Cocoa beans, organic raw sugar, Margaret River olive oil, Australian almonds, Maldon sea salt.
- Equador 75% Cacao:
From the single Estate, Hacienda Victoria lies within the tropical savannas of the River Daule. Native Arriba Nacional cacao displays rich flavours of brownie, toffee and sweet balsamic.
