Seasonal Promotions - Regular Post free upgrades to Express Post, for Gift Box orders

During promotional periods, when a "free upgrade to Express Post" banner is in place on the website, all Gift Box orders will receive EXPRESS shipping, for the price of Regular shipping.

This bonus will be awarded automatically, at no extra cost to our customers.

Regular Post

All items listed on our website are in-stock. We dispatch daily from our Perth Western Australia premises, within one business day of receiving your order. Orders are dispatched via Regular AusPost or off-peak courier services by default, to anywhere in Australia. Or you can select Express delivery if you prefer.

Flat-rate shipping is $9.95 per gift-box to anywhere in Australia (regular service), or $15.95 for regular shipping for weights over 2kg.

Express Post

Express delivery is $14.95 (up to 2kg), or $19.95 for Express deliveries over 2kg.

FREE Gift tags

FREE Gift-tags are available, and if you provide us with your message (at the checkout), we will write your gift-tag message on your behalf, for your chosen recipient. We carefully wrap each item individually, to ensure they make their way safely to your chosen destination and recipient.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted

PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses within Australia are accepted (items will be sent via AusPost). Business addresses and Residential addresses are also acceptable shipping addresses.

NO invoice or receipt is sent inside gift boxes / gift orders, for the privacy of your recipient.

As the sender, you will automatically receive a copy of your order via email. If you would like a re-send of the order email, or if you need a copy of your invoice / receipt, please let us know via our Contact Us page.

COVID-19 Impact / AusPost backlog

COVID-19 impacts and a backlog at Australia Post are causing some delays with parcel deliveries. For URGENT orders, we recommend using the Express delivery option, available at the shopping checkout.

I am outside Australia. My friend / family member is in Australia. Can I order a gift box or care package for them online?

Yes, of course. We welcome overseas (outside of Australia) orders, delivered to Australian addresses!
